President Gordon is a 23 year veteran Little Rock School District educator. She has served in the LREA as a Building Rep, a Board Member, Committee Member, Vice President, and Negotiations Chair. She has served at the state level as a Board Member and Committee Member. She has served at the National level as a delegate to the Annual Representative Assembly and as a State Coordinator for the National Council of Urban Education Associations. She is a National Board Certified Teacher is certified in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, Library Media and Information Science, and Social Studies.
Brittani Brooks has been the LREA Vice President for three years. She is a middle school Library Media Specialist and is assigned to Pulaski Heights Middle Schools. She also serves on the AEA Board of Directors and has been a delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly for numerous years. Brittani is passionate about her work at school and in the LREA and is a strong advocate for employees and students.
LaKeitha Austin has served as LREA Treasurer for four years. She is a middle school Career Technical Education Teacher and is assigned to Cloverdale Middle School. LaKeitha also serves as the Alternate NEA Director for the state of Arkansas and has been a delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly for several years. She is a strong and fierce advocate for public schools.
Amanda Mamula has served as the LREA Secretary for two years. She is an Art Teacher and is assigned to Williams Magnet Elementary School. She was a LREA Board Member before being elected as Secretary. Amanda has served on AEA committees and has been a delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly for several years. Amanda has coordinated our Art Builds and is passionate about art in education. She is a passionate voice for our profession and her field.
